Continuing the centuries-tested path of national democracy, discussing matters of state life at the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan has become a noble tradition of our modern life. In his speech at the meeting of the Presidium of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan held on July 15 of this year, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag, set a number of tasks aimed at ensuring thorough and organized preparation for this major socio-political event. Among them, in accordance with the instructions given by our respected President, are the tasks of properly organizing the work on awarding state decorations and conferring honorary titles upon our compatriots who have achieved high labor successes during the years of independence and who enjoy great authority and respect among the people.
