The fact that 2026, the 35th anniversary of our Sacred Independence, will be widely celebrated under the motto “Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan is the Homeland of the Purposeful Winged Steeds” is a clear reflection of our country’s rapid development and confident progress toward a bright future on the path to sublime goals. This motto also symbolizes our unwavering love and respect for our celestial steeds, who have become the national pride of our people. Turkmenistan is making significant progress in digitalizing the economy and implementing innovative technologies. The rapid progress of construction on the second phase of the Arkadag city project demonstrates that our country is completing world-class projects in urban development and environmental protection. Large-scale investment projects being implemented in our country are of great social significance, not only from an economic but also from a social perspective.
